Three years ago, an idea of “co-creating value and sharing profits” quietly took root at HEAD Group — with the vision that every employee who contributes to the company’s growth can move forward in step with the business and share in its success.

In 2026, that commitment began to take shape.

During the Lantern Festival, Mr. Jack Bee, Chairman of HEAD Group, announced the official launch of the Group-wide Co-Creation and Shared Success Bonus Program. More than the fulfillment of a commitment made in the past, the program represents HEAD’s continued commitment to the philosophy of shared responsibility, shared value creation, and shared rewards.

On April 10, 2026, under the Group’s arrangement, a portion of the co-creation and shared success bonus was distributed in advance. One by one, envelopes containing the bonuses were handed to employees. On each envelope, the Chairman had written:

“May every day you spend at HEAD be healthy, happy, and joyful.”

Simple and sincere, these words added a personal touch of warmth to what was more than just an incentive.

This phased distribution is the beginning, rather than the end, of HEAD’s co-creation and shared success mechanism. As the Group’s full-year business results continue to unfold, more substantial rewards and returns will be shared at the end of the year, allowing the value of every effort to accumulate and be realized over time.
